Brand New with Tags

Items listed as Brand New with Tags are unused and include the original manufacturer or retailer tags attached to the item. Many of these products are store returns, overstock or ex-display items and, in most cases, will not include the original retail packaging or shoe box.

Minor marks resulting from storage, handling or display may occasionally be present. In some cases, an item may benefit from a light wash or clean before first use to remove dust or marks acquired during storage or display. Any significant imperfections will always be clearly shown and described within the product listing.

Brand New Without Tags

Items listed as Brand New Without Tags are unused and have not been previously worn. These items do not include the original manufacturer or retailer tags and, in most cases, will not include the original retail packaging or shoe box.

Products in this category have either been supplied to us directly by trusted suppliers as new without tags or have been carefully inspected by our team and confirmed to be in unused condition before being listed for sale.

Excellent Used Condition

Items classified as Excellent Used Condition have been previously owned but remain in excellent overall condition with only light signs of wear. Any notable marks, wear or imperfections will be clearly shown in the photographs and accurately described within the product listing.

Good Used Condition

Items classified as Good Used Condition have been previously worn and will show more noticeable signs of use. Any wear, marks or imperfections will always be accurately photographed and described so you can purchase with confidence.
