Refund policy

All items are eligible for return within 14 days. They need to be returned in the exact same way you received them. If they were new with tags, the tags need to be on. If they were used, they should be returned in the same used condition. They will be inspected and verified, and then a refund will be processed. If shoes came in a box, they need to be returned with the box. We will inspect everything to ensure we receive them back the same way we sent them. Then you will be fully refunded within that 14-day period. Please keep in mind: the buyer will be responsible for paying the return postage to us.
