14-Day Returns

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

Item Condition

To qualify for a refund, returned items must:

• Be returned in their original condition.
• Include any original tags, accessories or shoe boxes where applicable.
• Not show any additional signs of wear or damage after delivery.

We carefully inspect all returned items before processing refunds.

Return Postage

customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method as quickly as possible. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve the problem quickly and fairly.
